Choose from our extensive range, which can be customised to suite your style – Once your land and new home design has been confirmed, the PPA (Pre Preliminary Agreement ) is completed.
These contain your floorplans, reports, your new home specifications & contracts, as well as your progress payments
the bank orders a valuation on the land and new home package
all your new home selections are confirmed, eg the flooring, taps, placement of light switches etc
the bank settles on the land and the title goes in your name.
The construction stage has reached its first major milestone.
The next milestone is at plate height, with all the brickwork, window, and door frames completed.
After completing the roof frame, the roof plumber will install the gutters and downpipes. Plumbers and electricians will then install the plumbing pipes and prepare the walls for electrical and smart wiring.
The internal work involves plastering the walls and installing the ceiling. The plasterers will apply grey render to the brickwork, followed by a “set coat” of white plaster. Once cured, the walls will be smooth. Ceilings and cornices will then be installed to complete the internal work.
Your site manager will contact you to schedule a progress meeting. This marks the first time you’ll see your new kitchen and bathrooms taking shape with all your chosen finishes!
